Jason is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, and 7-year a cappella nerd. In high school, he joined the all-male Acafellas, working to bring the group's musicality to new heights. From the moment he joined the group, he began to study the a cappella style, downloading albums on iTunes until it was the majority of his music library. He became so involved that high quality a cappella was a major component in his college search and decision, leading to WashU. At WashU, Jason was chosen to join The Stereotypes, an all-male group on campus known for their high energy and loud sound. In his four years with the group, Jason developed his a cappella nerdiness even further, now known around campus as the guy you go to when you want to know anything a cappella-related. From competing in ICCA every year (and making it to Finals his freshman year), to opening for Sonos and Edge Effect at AcappellaFest, to the many a cappella albums traded for with other groups from around the country, Jason has grown to live and breathe a cappella, and is excited to continue expanding his library with RARB!
