Brian Alexander

Brian Alexander's RARB Bio

Brian Alexander is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a BA in communication studies and MA in Strategic Communication from Texas Tech. As a freshman in 2008, he co-founded UNT's first ever contemporary a cappella group The Green Tones with his freshman roommate, in which he sang until the fall of 2012.

To make up for not discovering a cappella music until late in his high school career, he spent most of his collegiate life studying the art form. As a lover of all things musical, he hopes to one day immerse himself in a profession where he can combine public relation skills with the music/entertainment industry.

Since graduation, he has formed multiple post-collegiate groups, the most recent being Inversion, a Salt Lake City-based vocal group, where he was a member from 2015-2017. He is the former Community Director for CollegeAca, a site dedicated to promoting all the latest news, events and videos centered on collegiate a cappella. He is a nominator and judge for the annual Contemporary A Cappella Recording Awards. Currently, he hosts the video series Talkappella with Elicia Edwards through Acaville TV. He does not foresee his fiery passion for a cappella music burning out anytime soon.
